Yes you are reading it correctly i have purchased an complete sim, just to put my store on !!
But i had planty of space left so i decided to create an nice beach were you can surf an bit or drive the jetski tour !
Also there is an nice grotto to visit, the inside is increadible beautifull so don't forget to visit it when you are around ;)
